Mimi and Papa gave Emily an early Hanukkah gift. Since this house was a seasonal item at Sam's Club, we had to get it now. We originally wanted to buy it in the box and hide it in the basement until Hanukkah. It turns out that the display house was the only one left - and super cheap. Not only was it a steal - it was already assembled! I really appreciate that it has already been assembled because there are about 300 screws holding this cedar cottage together! Emily loves it and Ben likes to hide in here so he doesn't have to take his naps. I sewed curtains for the back window and we still need to add the address plaque - "8533 1/2" - but it is as cute as can be!!
