We encountered a beautiful heron or crane - Martha will correct me! The first time we saw this bird, it had a fish in it's throat. We can tell this because the feathers on it's throat are protruding and the throat looked swollen. After we got a few great shots, we came too close and it flew away. The last picture is the bird screaming at us while it was flying away. I am glad she/he didn't pierce us with that razor sharp beak!!
